Buffy Anne Summers
Buffy Summers first appeared in 1997 when she
started her new school in Sunnydale.
Buffy immediately made friends with the "in crowd" including Cordelia
Chase, Sunnydale's "bitch".
Next Buffy meets Willow Rosenberg, who's not one of the most popular girls in
school. Buffy and Willow soon become good friends, to the amusement of
Cordelia. Buffy's strange behaviour soon makes her an outcast from the
"in crowd", but Buffy is content with her new friends Willow and
Xander.
Buffy meets Rupert Giles who is her new
"watcher". Her friends soon find out that Buffy is a vampire
slayer and help her in her quest to rid Sunnydale of vampires and demons.
Buffy finds a love interest in Angel who is a vampire with a soul. Their
relationship is doomed from the start. After much heartache Angel moves to
LA, and Buffy must start a new life at collage, and finds a new love interest in
Riley.
After being together for about a year together, Riley left Sunnydale because he felt that Buffy didn't love him or need him
Buffy discovered that her 14 year-old sister Dawn isn't really her sister, but is the "Key" who has bee transformed into human form and been placed into Buffy's life for protections. All Buffy's memories of her sister are fake.
Her mother, Joyce, develops a brain tumor. The tumor is removed, but Buffy later discovers her Mum dead on the couch in her home. Joyce died from an aneurysm which was a side effect from the surgery.
Buffy was forced to drop out of college to take care of Dawn. She has to battle Glory, a powerful 'god' from another dimension who wants to use Dawn (The Key) to unleash hell on Earth. Buffy sacrifices her life to save Dawn and to safe the world.
Several few months later, Willow brings Buffy back from the dead using black magic. Buffy finds it hard to fit back into her old life, as she's been ripped out of Heaven and brought back to life. She secretly has a sexual relationship with Spike, who has fallen in love with her. Buffy soon tells Spike that she doesn't want to see him anymore, and that she's just been using him. Buffy also starts working at a fast food restaurant. While all this is happening a trio of Nerds, Jonathan, Andrew and Warren are plaguing Sunnydale. Warren kills Tara and wounds Buffy. Willow heals Buffy and sets off on a path of revenge. As Buffy is no match against Willows magical powers, it's up to Xander to stop Willow using his love alone.
Buffy is now the new guidance counselor at the newly rebuilt Sunnydale High School.
